The proprietary stainless steel used in the Finite Finish structure rollers is the same material AceCo uses for custom precision knives in the industrial applications that require durability, edge quality, and precise tolerances. Finite Finish structure rollers are precision machined in one operation on a state of the art CNC turning center with live tooling.

Each roller is held to a tolerance of +/- .0001” (0.0025mm). Each roller has two sealed bearings pressed onto each end. The bearings ensure precise fitment into the tool body and free rotation of the roller. Each structure roller has a quality spur gear that mate to the smaller spur gear on the tool body. The gear is centered on a brass bushing and a set screw for easy replacement.
