Product Description
The Finite Finish Structure Tool has been proven in World Cup and Olympic competition as a reliable and effective hand structure tool. We manufacture Finite Ski Tools using the highest quality processes, materials and components which translates to precise high quality ski structures. The gear driven climb cutting action is superior to a pressed structure. The gears counter rotation spins the structure roller in the opposite direction of the tool path, which cuts a consistent and repeatable pattern in the ski base rather than forcing displacement of the base material.
FINITE FINISH TOOL BODY FEATURES:
The Finite Finish Tool Body is designed to be ergonomically correct, lightweight and manageable to give the user ultimate control. Finites open design gives the user confidence with a visual of the tools contact on the base and rotating wheel. Centering springs are made of soft plastic that is easy on the ski side walls and there is no binding of the tool as the shape or width of the ski changes. Spur gear has bronze bushings that center the small gear to the wheel axle. Body sides and center spacers are made of 6061 T-6 Aluminum, which is then anodized and laser engraved. Rubber Roller Wheel is low durometer providing excellent traction on the ski base and the narrow width requires less force. Stainless steel hardware includes: wheel axle, cap screws, washers, C-clips, and spring-ball detent.
FINITE SYSTEM: Each structure roller is made to the same overall dimensions; all structure options can fit into our flagship model the FINITE FINISH tool body. We now offer a total of 7 geared and 7 press structure rollers that can all fit in the FINITE FINISH tool. In addition the pressBOX-D and pressBOX-S offer a robust toolplatform for press structure options.
FINITE FINISH GEARED STRUCTURE ROLLERS:
The proprietary stainless steel used in the Finite Finish structure rollers is the same material AceCo uses for custom precision knives in the industrial applications that require durability, edge quality, and precise tolerances. Finite Finish structure rollers are precision machined in one operation on a state of the art CNC turning center with live tooling. Each roller is held to a tolerance of +/- .0001” (0.0025mm). Each roller has two sealed bearings pressed onto each end. The bearings ensure precise fitment into the tool body and free rotation of the roller. Each structure roller has a quality spur gear that mate to the smaller spur gear on the tool body. The gear is centered on a brass bushing and a set screw for easy replacement.

Finite Press structures are made with the same high quality proprietary stainless steel as our used in the Finite Finish geared structure rollers and sealed bearings.
